Florápolis Eco Habitat – Puntas del Mar, Rincón, PR (1995) A sustainable community designed using vegetated walls to separate house lots. Maintenance costs were covered with supplemental income from the operation of an ecotourism facility and various rental units, owned by the community. “Niños Uniendo al Mundo”, Caguas, PR (2002) 1st private eco-school designed and built in PR. This Montessori school was developed with a minimal budget and incorporates natural ventilation and day lighting, a recycling program and gardening activities, among others. AT&T Building , Santurce, PR (1998) A 24,000 SF state of the art facility allowing it’s manager to access all infrastructure systems (security cameras, temperature, humidity, fire, smoke and flooding monitoring) through an intelligent phone. Aerotectonic Parachute House – Anywhere, Everywhere, Planet Earth (1977) A free falling parachutist sprays an expanding foam to the underside of his parachute while floating to the ground forming a basic sustainable shelter for human habitation.  Click here to download

This very successful prototype includes natural ventilation and day lighting of all spaces, rain water harvesting, reuse of gray waters, solar water heating.
